In the heart of Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia, a new luxury lifestyle hotel has made its debut. Mondrian Gold Coast, the Australian debut of the renowned Mondrian brand, is located at 3 First Ave, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, directly on the tree-lined esplanade and across from the beach, famed for its excellent surf.

The twin towers of Mondrian Gold Coast were designed by Melbourne-based architecture firm Fraser & Partners, who brought a unique blend of local Australian architectural context and contemporary design to the project. The guestrooms, designed by Los Angeles-based Studio Carter, showcase a refined and tactile design inspired by the Australian landscape.

Sydney's multidisciplinary architecture practice, Alexander &CO, was responsible for the hotel's restaurants and bars, integrating a connection to Burleigh’s local energy and street scene. The ground-floor restaurant, LiTO, offers an all-day Italian menu that transitions seamlessly from morning espressos to late-night negronis. The Haven Pool Club on the third floor offers colourful cocktails and seafood bites, including chilled seafood platters, oysters, snapper croquettes, and prawn cocktail.

For those seeking relaxation, Ciel, located on the second floor, is a spa sanctuary offering holistic bio-wellness treatments like cryotherapy dry floats and a Himalayan salt room.

The hotel's 208 guestrooms, including 132 studios, 63 suites, and the two- and three-bedroom homes, exude international sophistication. The corner Studios are compact yet spacious, with sunlight streaming in from all sides and sizable bathrooms.

Mondrian Gold Coast brings a new level of precision to Australia's coastal hotel scene. Nearby, you'll find smoothie bars, boutiques, and Burleigh Pavilion. For walking trails with cinematic views, one can head up the hill. Rick Shores, a nearby establishment, serves Southeast Asian flavors.

With its unparalleled location, stunning design, and exceptional dining and spa experiences, Mondrian Gold Coast is set to become a must-visit destination for luxury travellers seeking a unique Australian coastal experience.

An individual can enjoy a unique home-and-garden atmosphere at the ground-floor restaurant, LiTO, which offers all-day Italian cuisine, transitioning seamlessly from morning espressos to late-night negronis, amidst colourful cocktails and seafood bites. When looking for travel adventures, this coastal hotel also caters to those seeking relaxation, offering holistic bio-wellness treatments like cryotherapy dry floats and a Himalayan salt room at Ciel, located on the second floor.
