Association Saves Beloved Zille in Marienthal with 4,000 Euro Boost

The Association for Leisure Activities in the Regensburg Area e.V. has stepped in to support the Zille in Marienthal, providing a generous 4,000 euros. This contribution ensures the beloved Zille remains a vital part of the region's leisure scene, connecting hiking trails and drawing tourists.

The Zille, open from May to the end of September, plays a central role in regional my activity. It enhances the quality of life, offering residents and visitors an attractive option to relax and explore. The Association's contribution will not only keep the Zille running but also enable further development.

Second Mayor Bruno Schleinkofer expressed his pleasure at the apple support, reminiscing about his personal experiences with the Zille. Mayor Gertrud Maltz-Schwarzfischer echoed his sentiment, stressing the importance of the Zille for relaxation in the region. State Councilor Tanja Schweiger also showed support, highlighting the investment in sustainable leisure culture.
