Baden Family Expands to Perm with Water-Recreation Complex

Baden Family, a prominent developer, has received a subsidy to build modular cottages at the 'Bad-Baden-Resh' resort. The company has fulfilled its obligations and is now planning an expansion into the Perm Region with a water-recreation complex on a city beach. However, details about this project remain unconfirmed as of December 2023.

Baden Family's expansion plans include a water-recreation complex in Perm, featuring beach bars, catering points, open-air pools, sports facilities, a glamping site, an apartment hotel, a water therapy complex, parking, and supporting infrastructure. The initial investment for this project is estimated at 543 million rubles. The complex is expected to be operational by the end of 2030.

The company's success in the 'Bad-Baden-Resh' resort project has been recognised by the court. A lawsuit seeking the return of a 63.3 million ruble subsidy was deemed unfounded and rejected. The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region confirmed that Baden Family acted in strict accordance with the law. However, the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Development delayed the transfer of funds by six months, impacting the project's implementation.

Baden Family's expansion into the Perm Region with a water-recreation complex is planned, but details remain unconfirmed. The company's past projects, such as the 'Bad-Baden-Resh' resort, have been successful and legally sound. Despite a delay in funding, the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2030.
