Bremen to Showcase Sustainable Space Solutions at 76th IAC in Sydney

From September 29 to October 3, 2025, the global space community will converge in Sydney for the 76th International Astronautical Congress (IAC). The event, themed 'Sustainable Space: Resilient Earth', promises to be a significant gathering of space agencies, scientists, and companies. Bremen, Germany, will have a notable presence at the congress.

Kristina Vogt, Bremen's Senator for Economy, Harbors, and Transformation, will represent the city at the IAC. She aims to develop strategies to strengthen Europe's position in the global space competition during her meetings with directors of the European Space Agency (ESA) and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

Bremen will present itself alongside the DLR on a joint stand, showcasing its sustainable space solutions. The city, often referred to as the 'City of Space', will have a strong presence at the IAC. Numerous Bremen companies and research institutions, including ZARM, Airbus, ArianeGroup, OHB, and DSI Aerospace, will be represented at the event.

The IAC, the world's most significant meeting place for space agencies, scientists, and companies, will provide an excellent platform for Bremen to network and showcase its space industry. With its strong delegation and commitment to sustainable space solutions, Bremen is set to make a significant impact at the 76th IAC in Sydney.
