In honor of recent national celebrations, the trays were arranged in the shape of the Việt Nam map, complete with the Hoàng Sa and Trường Sa archipelagos, expressing our love for the homeland sea and islands.

Chefs and artisans from various localities came together at the historical Dữu Lâu Communal House to participate in this commemoration. Not only a place of worship for Prince Lang Lieu, but also a cultural center preserving ancient Vietnamese values, the communal house provided an ideal setting for the celebration.
