Experience Unique Thanksgiving Harvest Brunch in Vienna
Vienna's WUNDERKAMMER Drinking & Dining is hosting a special Wonder Brunch on Sunday, October 19, from 12:30 to 3 PM. This event combines traditional American Thanksgiving dishes with local harvest delicacies, offering a unique culinary experience.
The brunch, priced at €64, includes a welcome drink, tea/coffee, and buffet drinks. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes, such as Asian-marinated beef tartare, tuna carpaccio, and panko-sesame chicken. A standout dish is the Hokkaido foam soup with a secret Amaretto flavor. The centrepiece is a whole turkey served with cranberry stuffing, lingonberries, mashed potatoes with chives, and red cabbage. For fish lovers, there's roasted pre-rigor salmon fillet. Alternatively, guests can enjoy roasted sirloin steak with roasted vegetables at a live station.
The dessert buffet promises a delightful end to the meal, featuring Powidltascherl, cheesecake, chocolate mousse, and Salzburger Nockerl in a glass with apricot sour cream mousse.
Reservations for the Wonder Brunch can be made by calling +43 (0)1 891020 or emailing [email protected]. Note that cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the price. The chef responsible for these delightful dishes remains unnamed, adding a touch of mystery to the event.
