AAA Opens First Roadside Hotel in Kazakhstan, Setting a New Standard for Travel Comfort

AAA, the largest fuel retailer in Kazakhstan, has taken a significant step forward in its mission to modernize roadside services in the country. The company has recently opened the first roadside hotel, Keruen Inn, at a gas station.

Located along the Almaty-Taraz-Shymkent highway in the Jambyl region, in the village of Aktogai, Keruen Inn offers 31 rooms with private bathrooms and shower cabins. The hotel premises include a laundry, guarded parking, a prayer room, a supermarket, a gas station, and an electric vehicle charging station, making travel in Kazakhstan more comfortable.

Bekzhan Bektenov, who is involved in the development of 60 modern highway hotels for AAA, played a key role in the planning and establishment of Keruen Inn. The company's General Director, Tulimshet Shotanov, stated that the goal is to create not just refueling points, but a full-fledged infrastructure for comfortable travel.

The cozy café at Keruen Inn, with a summer terrace, offers a variety of food options including meat and fish dishes, pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. Customers at AAA's stations can also charge electric vehicles, recycle plastic, purchase groceries, clothing, books, and children's toys.

AAA's dynamic development is getting closer to its main goal of making roadside services in Kazakhstan modern and stable. The company's ecosystem now includes modern fuel stations with distinctive design and digital solutions, Q-Cafe coffee shops, energy drink Tulpar, iced tea Q-Tea, lemonade Q-Lemonade, and a line of auto products.

By the end of 2025, AAA plans to open four more hotels in different regions of Kazakhstan. Four more Keruen Inn hotels are planned to be launched by the end of this year, on the Astana-Almaty highway and the Western Europe-Western China highway. Tulims Shotanov emphasized that Keruen Inn in the Jambyl region is just the beginning of AAA's expansive journey into the hospitality industry.

The company's goal is to make every journey in Kazakhstan comfortable, safe, and inspiring. AAA is setting a new standard for roadside services in Kazakhstan by bringing everything travelers need into a single space. With the opening of Keruen Inn, AAA is well on its way to establishing a network of 60 modern roadside hotels that set a new standard of service on the country's key transport arteries.
