Hội An's Mid-Autumn Festival Returns with Cultural Showcase

Hoi An, the enchanting ancient town in Da Nang City, is set to host its annual Fall Festival from October 3 to 6. This year's event, organized by HoaBinh Event Group (HBG), promises to showcase the town's rich cultural heritage and creativity.

The festival kicks off with the 'Music and Moon' program at 106 Bach Dang Street, featuring folk songs, children's rhymes, and traditional musical ensembles. The event also includes lantern shows, lion dances, lantern processions, and outdoor performances, highlighting the town's vibrant atmosphere.

On October 4, the 'Full-Moon Festival Night' at Hoi An park will be a spectacle not to miss. Expect lion-dragon dances and Fall-themed art performances that will light up the night. The festival reaches its peak on October 6 with a lantern parade through the ancient streets, spreading festive cheer across the town.

The 'Hoi An Ancient Town Night' program revives the lifestyle of Hoi An's residents in earlier times under the glow of lanterns. The Fall Festival in Hoi An is not just a celebration but a testament to the town's traditional cultural values and the creativity of its local communities.

The Fall Festival in Hoi An, now recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage, incorporates cultural elements from China and Japan, reflecting the town's dynamism, creativity, and hospitality. This year's event, taking place from October 3 to 6, is an unmissable event for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the rich cultural tapestry of Hoi An.
