Lünen's Autumn Holiday Fun: 'Ferienspielplatz' Market Square Event
Lünen's city center is set to host a fun-filled event for children during the first week of the autumn holidays. The 'Ferienspielplatz' will take place on the market square, supported by local sponsors and organized by the 'Klimagerechte Stadtentwicklung' team and city center management.
The event will span two days, Monday, October 13, and Wednesday, October 15, from 12 to 4 pm. Activities include a scooter course, ride-on car course, large-format games, a bouncy castle, and a glitter tattoo station. Safety is a priority, with protective equipment strongly recommended for the scooter course. Accompanying persons can relax at the beer garden furniture set up on-site. A highlight of the event will be the mini excavator action on Wednesday.
The 'Ferienspielplatz' is organized by the 'Climate-friendly Urban Development' team and the city center management of Lünen, with support from Mobile Youth Promotion/Streetwork and the Lükaz team. Supervision and care of children remain with respective accompanying persons.
