Plains All American, PAGP Declare Q3 2025 Distributions

Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) and Plains GP Holdings (PAGP) have declared their quarterly distributions for the third quarter of 2025. The distributions, set to be paid in November, reflect the companies' ongoing operations and financial health.

PAA, a midstream energy infrastructure company handling over nine million barrels per day of crude oil and NGL, will distribute $0.61524 per Series A Preferred Unit, amounting to approximately $2.46 per unit annually. Common Units will receive $0.38 per unit, unchanged from the previous quarter. Series B Preferred Units will receive $21.93 per unit, payable on November 17, 2025.

PAGP, a publicly traded entity owning a non-economic controlling general partner interest in PAA, will distribute $0.38 per Class A Share, maintaining the previous quarter's rate. Both PAA and PAGP are headquartered in Houston, Texas, with Willie Chiang serving as CEO and Chairman at the time of the report on October 2, 2025.

PAA and PAGP will release their third quarter 2025 earnings before market open on November 5, 2025, followed by a conference call at 9:00 a.m. CT (10:00 a.m. ET) to discuss the results. Investors and stakeholders await these updates to assess the companies' performance and future prospects.
