The key figures responsible for RACV's successes at the awards include Andrew Westacott, the CEO of RACV, and Sarah Mitchell, the Accommodation Operations Manager. The RACV Torquay Resort, Victoria's premier regional conference and events destination, won the Best Meetings and Events Space for the third year running and the Best Meetings and Events Space of the Year - Regional for the third consecutive year. These accolades are a testament to the resort's commitment to providing unparalleled guest experiences.
The RACV City Club was another star performer, receiving the Best Deluxe Restaurant award for the second year in a row, thanks to its high-quality dining experiences.
The RACV Goldfields Resort was also honoured, winning the Resort Style Accommodation of the Year award. The resort is recognised for its exceptional guest experience and facilities.

The 2025 Victorian Accommodation Awards for Excellence drew over 800 attendees, including the Victorian Minister for Tourism, Sport and Major Events, Steve Dimopoulos, and hoteliers, industry suppliers, and tourism sector stakeholders.
