Spooktacular SUP Witches Paddle Returns to Hudson River
Get ready for a spooktacular event near you on the Hudson River! The annual SUP Witches Paddle is back, organized by Rivertowns SUP & Yoga. This year's event is part of the larger fall festival in Sleepy Hollow, promising a day filled with live music, craft cocktails, local vendors, and neighbourhood food before the main water activity starts at 1 PM.
The event, taking place at Kingsland Point Park on Sunday, October 12, from 12-4 PM, is an annual tradition where participants dress in gothic attire and paddle on the river. Participants must register online and costumes are required for paddlers. All paddlers must know how to swim, wear life jackets and leashes, and have previous paddling experience. Tickets are $8 and available online or at the door, with different prices for those bringing their own board or renting one. The event is a great way to celebrate the fall season and enjoy the beautiful Hudson River with fellow enthusiasts.
So, mark your calendars for October 12, grab your best witchy costume, and get ready to paddle the Hudson River in style! The SUP Witches Paddle is not just an event, it's an experience you won't want to miss.
